In-Person ID Verification

Verifying your Identity in person

We need some basic information about you to initiate the check. Complete and return the Client Details form and select the in-person verification route


You now need to present yourself to our Redruth office at any time from 9 am - 5.15 pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to visit our Hayle or St Agnes office for this process you will need to telephone us for an appointment.


You will need to bring with you ONE form of Photographic ID listed below and TWO forms of Address ID listed below


As part of our client due diligence process, we will be using the lite screening check and/or identity document verification, a service provided by Thirdfort Limited. Your data will be processed in line with Thirdfort’s Privacy Policy.

This service is powered by Thirdfort’s data provider, Experian Limited (https://www.experian.co.uk/about-us/).

Identity document verification

2023 Festive opening hours

Our 2023 Festive opening hours

Our offices will be closed for the festive period from 5.15 pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. We will re-open at 9.00 am on Tuesday 4th January 2023.

Any urgent matters will need to be brought to our attention no later than Friday 15th December or they will be handled when we re-open.
