Help and support is available for all clients completing checks through Thirdfort or those who have questions regarding the service before deciding whether or not to use it.
Support is available 24/7 online so if you are struggling to complete your check please contact Thirdfort as they are best placed to help. If you would prefer to contact Thurstan Hoskin Solicitors directly they can help connect your call to a Thirdfort support agent.

Live Chat
You can live chat with support agents via the Thirdfort App, you'll find the support option on the home screen. Live Chat is also available in the Support Portal. Chat is open 9am - 6pm, weekdays only.

On the Thirdfort Support Portal, you can find lots of helpful articles to help guide you through the different stages/checks and also read more of their FAQs. Access to the portal is 24/7
