Use this form to submit your Subject Access Request, in order to obtain a copy of the data we hold on you.

Please note for us to release data, you will first need to confirm your identity. We will only be able to release information relating to you as an individual on the requested matter(s), as generally matters contain multiple clients, if you wish to receive a full copy of the file we will need to obtain consent from each involved individual.

Subject Access Request (SAR)

Once you have submitted the form we have 30 days to review the request and collate data, it takes this long due to the ID verification process and sometimes we may be required to retrieve your paperwork from our archive facility. Providing we are able to confirm your identity the data will be provided to you within 30 days. If we are unable to verify your identity or you fail/refuse to allow us to we will be unable to release the data to you in accordance with GDPR regulations. 


There is a £25 + VAT (£30 Inc. VAT) charge for the retrieval of your file, we are allowed to charge this as a reasonable cost for the time to retrieve and process your file. Along with conducting your ID check, in total costs us an additional £200, which we do not pass on to you, to provide you with information.
