This is usually a 3-5 digit number followed by another 1 or 2 digits. (sometimes it may include some letters at the beginning).

You need to enter the 3-5 digit number followed by the backslash and the last 1 or 2 digits. for example, if your matter number is MB/ANH/56798/1 you would enter 56798/1
