Thurstan Hoskin LLP takes an unequivocal stance on Tax Evasion schemes illegal or otherwise, and we WILL NOT act for any clients who wish to use a Tax Evasion/Avoidance scheme. We have a legal responsibility to ensure our clients pay all applicable taxes on their transactions.

Your Completion statement will detail the amount we require prior to completion of your transaction, this includes any taxes and our fees. We do not complete your transaction until such time that we hold sufficient monies, this ensures that there are the appropriate funds for us to disburse to cover taxes.

In the case of a sale, your completion statement will detail the amount due to you, after fees and taxes.
