1. Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diner Club, JCB, and Discover for online payments in GBP. However, for amounts exceeding 2000.00 GBP, payment will need to be made via bank transfer.


2. Payment Processing:

a. Payments are securely processed through the Barclaycard EPDQ Hosted payment gateway. 

b. Our connection is secured via SSL, ensuring encrypted transmission of data. 

c. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message and a receipt. 

d. Unsuccessful payments will not incur charges, but you remain liable for any outstanding amounts. Inability to submit payment is not a valid reason for late payment. 

e. Errors or cancellations before completion will not result in charges, but you're still responsible for any outstanding amounts. The inability to submit payment via this channel is not a valid reason for late payment. 

f. If there's uncertainty about payment status, contact us for clarification. Receipt confirmation indicates successful payment; otherwise, you remain responsible for the outstanding cost.


3. Payment Limits:

a. Payments are accepted up to 2000.00 GBP via the specified payment methods. Amounts exceeding this limit must be settled through bank transfer.

b. Payments can only be made by clients named on a matter and for the amount specified on their bill, completion statement, or any amount specifically requested by us. Anticipated or random payments are not accepted. 

c.  Payments for balances to complete (detailed on your purchase completion statement) may only be sent using this form where there is a minimum of 5 working days prior to the completion date listed on the statement otherwise your funds will not clear and this will result in a delay on your completion.


4. Refunds, Invoicing, and Card Usage:

a. Refunds are made in accordance with our standard operating terms, as outlined in our terms of business 

c. Taxes and duties are included in the amount stated on the invoice or completion statement. 

d. Only cards registered in your name may be used for payment transactions.


5. Changes to Payment Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these payment terms and conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.


6. Governing Law:

These payment terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the UK.

2024 Festive Opening Hours

Christmas 2024 Hours

We wish to thank all clients and staff for their custom and work over the past 12 months. We wish you Happy holidays no matter what you are celebrating over the festive period.

Our offices will close at 5.15pm on Monday 23rd December. We will re-open at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025. Our phone line remain operative during this time for messages and urgent requests.
